Why do we have a new strategy?
The NSPCC is just one fiftieth of the size of the statutory and voluntary sectors. So we can’t end cruelty to children in the UK by ourselves. We must be a catalyst for change. Our new strategy focuses on ways to make the biggest difference, and prioritises the children most at risk of abuse. It also places even more emphasis on passing on what we learn to create much bigger social change.
